Our Vision of Transition Management is based on Palo Alto’s Systemic Approach applied to Human Systems under constraint (the organization’s hierarchy). That is, we carry out a screening of the organization from a communication and interactions point of view. Our Transition Managers are CXO-level executives and generalists equipped with a methodology of Intervention and Change Management Process.

Our  professional Transition Managers intervene in problematic situations (conflict, crisis, restructuration or transformation) following a specific procedure and inducing change. They are experts of Regulation & Transformation Processes, committed to use all their management tools & skills in order to help their clients and fulfill their mission. They fully respect client’s confidentiality, are supervised by peers (experienced Transition Managers) and have all subscribed to a professional liability insurance.

We see Transition Management as a true and honnest Partnership between an organization(the client) and an external & independant professional Transition Manager. His mission includes the following tasks:


    • find out and clarify what the client really wants to achieve in order to finalize a mission agreement based on measurable targets.
    • analyze in depth the organization, or part of it, conducting a wide range of Interviews, in order to identify the inner working rules at the root of the problematic situation.
    • summarize the research results in a report and produce a Diagnostic to be submitted to the client for him to face his responsibilities
    • present the client with a set of options and agree together about a Strategical Action Plan aiming at unblocking the problematic situation.
    • accompany the client in the execution of the agreed Strategical Action Plan.
